Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable. If an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance you forfeit your deposit for drawing time and for time I will likely not be able to rebook. If you cancel before 48 hours you either forfeit the deposit or transfer to another appointment. You may have to go on the waitlist depending on demand at that time. Your appointment isn’t official until the deposit is paid, someone else can still pay a deposit and take that time slot.
