At Electric Love Tattoo, I value your time and mine. To keep things fair for all clients, the following policies apply: • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your appointment and cover preparation and design time. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be forfeited, as the time cannot usually be rebooked. • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: You may transfer your deposit to a rescheduled appointment. Depending on current demand, rescheduling may place you on the waitlist. If you choose not to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. • Securing your appointment: Your booking is not considered official until the deposit is received. If the deposit isn’t paid in a timely manner, it will be canceled for you. Please reach out if you need an extended amount of time the deposit must be paid within a week of booking the appointment and at least a week prior to the appointment. • Additional cancellation fee: A 20% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. However, if you have already paid a deposit and need to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged this fee. In that case, you may request that I cancel the appointment on my end to bypass the automatic 20% charge.
